M8 * 145, Throttle Pedal Bolt.  This bolt is also used in the lower a-arm of the Mudhead / Mudhead 208R. 

Newer Mudhead / Mudhead 208R models use a different bolt, part # 9.108.145 inside a metal collar, part # 303044073.  It is important to check the lower a-arm, part # 4.000.041 if you are ordering this bolt to make sure it uses this bolt or part # 9.108.145.
