Shipping Policies

  •  SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS

    HammerHead Performance will ship the majority of orders to the 48 continental states United States via USPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are determined by weight of items, packaging costs and shipment address. Please note that shipping costs are usually more than postage costs - these costs include packaging materials, labor and other related expenses.

    Orders are usually shipped out the same day the order is placed as long as the order is placed by 12pm CST Monday - Friday. However, in certain instances such as stock availability, number of orders, personnel shortages, etc…an order may delay and take up to as long as 72 hrs to fulfill and ship. Orders will NOT ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery orders will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day (M-F) if the order is received and completed by 12:00 PM CST.

    Please note that during COVID-19 packages and delivery times are running longer than usual. Express packages are not being guaranteed by FED EX and there are many more items to fulfill. Your patience and business are greatly appreciated.

  •  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    HammerHead Performance is fulfilling International orders. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, tariffs and Customs’ processing fees that may be assessed by the selected shipping agent. Our shipping quote will not include these charges and any charges will be paid for by the buyer.

    We will only use FedEx for shipping international orders. Due to the risk of fraudulent activity, we may ask for further information regarding your order. Please make sure to include valid contact information in case we need to contact you.

    

International orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

  •  SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

    Because of FedEx limitations, HammerHead Performance cannot ship items via FedEx to a Post Office box. FedEx requires a valid street address for all deliveries. For shipping to a P.O. Box please be sure to select USPS as your shipping method. Please be sure to enter a complete shipping address for all online orders.

  •  MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

    You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

  •  MULTIPLE ORDERS

    If you have more than one order that is “processing” at a time, we will try to ship your combined orders together. If you need an additional part(s) and already have placed a previous order it is best for you to place a new order right away and then email us the new order number. We can then usually refund some, if not all, of the shipping on the supplementary order.

  •  INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ON ORDER

    Be sure to double check your shipping information before submitting your order. Unfortunately, every carrier will charge additional fees to either redirect or reship a package(s) due to an incorrect address. If you omit the correct street address, apartment number, PO box, zip code, etc., we will have no choice but to pass on the additional charges to you, the customer. This can range anywhere from $10 to $35 depending upon the region and the reason. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address on the order. Otherwise, you may be penalized.

  •  ORDERS OVER $300

    All orders over $300 must be accompanied by an adult signature upon delivery. Therefore, it is important to track the shipment and make sure someone is present to sign when the package arrives.

  •  Transit Times

    The time it takes for you to receive your package is the transit time. Transit times do not include the date of shipment and any other non-business days.
